Kristin Weldon Peri, the designer behind Divine Cakes, is not your typical baker. She is an award-winning fine artist. Her artwork has been displayed at the University of the Arts, the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Widener University, as well as in private collections throughout the United States.

Kristin has inherited family baking traditions passed on for generations, and was formally trained in cake design, custom flowers and borders, fondant, and gumpaste. Her meticulous attention to detail arises from both her inherent talents and her education.

Before establishing Divine Cakes, Kristin practiced law as an attorney in Philadelphia. Though she keeps her license active, her true passion is baking and decorating the finest confections. It is no wonder that her creations are so delicious; Kristin’s commitment to excellence arises from her disciplined approach. She gives her undivided attention to each cake, scrutinizing and refining individual designs and recipes, aiming to exceed expectations, consistently.
