    i have an idea to build a turbo civic but where at the push of a button or something i can “disable” the turbo and switch the tune to n/a so that way i can make power when i want and save gas for the daily drive.

    you could probably use an electric wastegate to switch it on and off. however, you may not see a significantly increased fuel consumption during daily driving with a turbo either
